The workspace owner is the only one who can downgrade a workspace from Spark to Glow. To cancel a Spark subscription:
Click on the workspace that you want to downgrade.
Click the Settings icon and go to the Plans & Billing tab.
Click Cancel subscription.
Please keep in mind that you’ll be able to keep using wipshot Spark until the end of your billing period, at which point your workspace will be downgraded to the free Glow plan.
