wipshot is a tool for sharing instantly and reviewing clearly when producing images and videos. The basic process is as follows, though some parts may vary dependent on the purpose of the project.

1. Creating a Project

wipshot works on a project-by-project basis. So, the very first thing you want to do after signing up and logging in is to create a 'Project' board for the project you are working on.

2. Uploading Files for Review

When creative producer/designer is commissioned a project, usually there are several revisions that are made from the first draft. When the first draft is ready for feedback, upload the file to wipshot's 'Review'

3. Inviting the Team

You must invite the members you want to discuss and receive feedback from. Project members can view files, give feedback, or upload and download files directly as needed.

4. Reviewing

You can open a file for review by clicking on the thumbnail. Reviewing on wipshot allows for direct and detailed feedback by allowing members to pin-point the revision area with a comment.

5. Updating File Versions

As the project progresses, and new versions are ready for feedback, you can update them in the 'Reviews' tab.

6. Approving the Final Version

When you and the team have agreed upon a final version, you can select it and depict it as the approved final.
